This old home features a tall spire, multiple gables and a tall profile. This kit has very nicely detailed hydrocal castings (mainly brick but there is a nice old clapboard roof addition), one piece cast roof pieces, plastic doors and windows, "widows peak" railing, cool looking laser cut black shingles, a few gargoyle skulls cast into the upper window boxes and last, but not least, a few "bats" to complete the scene.
