The recreation of Leonardo da Vinci's elusive flying machine in this historically accurate, museum calibre hand-made wooden model kit would be a welcome addition in any home or office.

Along with hand cut and selected materials, the builder is provided with a detailed instructional text including 117 illustrations as well as a limited edition poster.

The Kit Includes:

Wood parts are of cedar, pine, birch, bamboo and maple dowelling

Music wire, resin cast and many metal parts

Wing span measures 21-1/4 inches by 34-1/2 inches

Full color offset lithograph printed on 80 lb. paper, suitable for framing

Design is supported by historical information and a listing of da Vinci ornithopter drawings
