Enter your recipient's name in the Shipping section of our online order form.
Enter your name in the Billing section (just below where you enter your credit card info).
Make sure you enter your recipient's email address in the block specified.
Enter short message in comments section.
We are unable to process gift certificates without a valid email address.
Valid for 90 days from issuing date.
